Sluiting laatste postkantoor - closing last post office

Op 27 oktober sluit aan de Neude in Utrecht het laatste postkantoor van Nederland. Het markante gebouw was het eerste gebouw dat als postkantoor werd ontworpen en opende de deuren op 11 augustus 1924. De architect was Jo Crouwel.

The last dedicated post office, located at the Neude in Utrecht, has closed its doors. The building was opened at 11th of August 1921 and was the first building especially designed to be a post office.
