Op de Neude in Utrecht schreeuwen mensen om cultuur. Samen met een orkest wordt op een speciale uitvoering van de 9e symfonie van Beethoven gezongen. Met de actie word aandacht gevraagd op de bezuinigingen op kunst en cultuur door het kabinet.
